LAST WISHES Ok,
I said- what are they? It was a Saturday night in August. Before
he leaves this earth, Marie said, he wishes that we could have
done the model shoot with his bike; a Vintage Bultaco. The other is
making it to the Race for the Cure next weekend that was very
unclear. €
Dave had been diagnosed with very aggressive cancer, rather out of the
blue. And the time was very very short. Sigh. David Anderson has been
a solid element in our Pacific Northwest Vintage Motocross scene for
years and years, riding Bultacos and Suzukis. Served our country, two
tours of duty.
Can you make it happen?
My mind was a black scribble. I said Jesus- um- let me try. And I reached
out to my VMX Models. Kata said this needs
to happen! I said I knowŠ And unfortunately, I'm having
surgery on my knee again at 6AM on Tuesday morning so we there's only
one day and it's Monday. I'd have to fly you here midday. Can
we do it? She said LET'S
